We recently worked with Envision Radiology to improve sales of MRI
and CT scans locally and nationally. Our trainer went in the field with the
sales reps to observe and coach them in their interactions with decision makers. After several months of training, sales have risen by an average of 25% nationally. One example of this increase was when the trainer
and an Envisions sales rep in Dallas, Texas met with a new prospect which resulted
in $30,000 of new business in one month.

I've been to several leadership courses throughout my career with Wal-Mart, but none quite like Maximum Achievement. This 8-week course gave me an opportunity to apply what was learned in class and share my success with the class the following week. For example: I made a commitment to gain enthusiastic cooperation from a member of management from work that was lacking motivating leadership skills. This person's daily lack of leadership was affecting the whole team. Maximum Achievement taught me better communication skills to be able to motivate this person to be successful and in turn, help our team be more successful. This class was great! It has the accountability needed for using the tools provided on a weekly basis. Other classes I have attended have been just a couple of day's worth of information, and then off I go. It helped me the most in the area of speaking to people. Whether it is one-on-one or a group, it taught me an effective way to build trusting relationships and motivate people using my personal experiences to do so. It built my confidence up, and with this class I feel like speaking to groups of people is no longer a scary thing, but something I can do now. I would also like to add that I appreciate the safe environment to learn and practice these skills. I never felt like if I made a mistake or wasn't on my "game" that I would be ridiculed for doing so.

When I decided to make the commitment to take this class I had no clue what a life-changing experience it would be. Starting with the first class, when we learned we were going to learn every student's name (first and last) that night and that at the end of the night we were going to be challenged to write them all down from memory (prior to this night I was doing good to remember one person's first name at the end of a ten-minute visit), I thought no way. Much to my surprise, at the end of the night not only was I able to write down everyone's name (first and last) but the next week on the way to class I could remember all the names and visualize the person attached to that name. This was only the beginning! Every class encountered a new challenge to conquer! From facing a challenging presentation to handling a conflict all the way through turning a negative conversation into a positive, I grew more from this class than any reading or other teaching I have ever had. The "hands-on" effect of practicing what we are learning immediately in class was extremely effective.
